RFID Factory Tour - Inside SCIVAS Manufacturing Facilities
Welcome to SCIVAS manufacturing facilities. As a direct manufacturer of RFID and NFC products, SCIVAS operates in-house production workshops for RFID cards, RFID wristbands, RFID labels, RFID tags, key fobs, inlays, and customized smart identification products. Our factory combines product customization, quality inspection, packaging, warehousing, and export support under one coordinated manufacturing system.
Inside the factory, production areas are arranged for RFID product assembly, chip processing, cleanroom and anti-static operation, functional testing, packing, storage, and shipment preparation. Operators work with specialized RFID production machines throughout each stage, helping ensure that customer orders move from material preparation to finished product delivery with consistent process control.
With our own factory, 15+ years of OEM & ODM experience, ISO9001 quality management, and CE / RoHS certification support, SCIVAS helps customers source RFID cards, RFID wristbands, RFID labels, RFID tags, key fobs, inlays, and customized smart identification products with stable quality and reliable delivery.
RFID Production and Workshop Videos
The following videos show practical RFID production processes inside SCIVAS workshops. They cover card production, RFID inlay processing, label converting, adhesive backing, silicone wristband molding, spray coating, screen printing, and inspection-related operations.
Adhesive Backing Application for RFID Tags
This video shows adhesive backing application for RFID tags. For customized RFID tag projects, adhesive selection and backing application affect installation convenience, bonding stability, surface compatibility, and long-term use on different assets or product surfaces.
Card Inkjet Coding, Labeling, Magnetic Stripe Encoding and OCR Inspection
This video presents card inkjet coding, labeling, magnetic stripe encoding, and OCR inspection. These steps support variable data personalization, readable numbering, magnetic stripe data writing, and automatic visual verification for customized card orders.
Card Punching Workshop
This video shows the card punching workshop, where laminated card sheets are punched into finished card shapes. Accurate punching helps control card size, edge quality, corner consistency, and finished product appearance for RFID cards, hotel key cards, membership cards, and access cards.
Card Screen Printing Workshop
This video shows the card screen printing workshop. Screen printing is used for selected card designs, solid colors, logos, special visual effects, and project-specific printing requirements where stable ink coverage and consistent positioning are important.
RFID Card Coil Winding and Chip Module Mounting Workshop
This video shows RFID card coil winding and chip module mounting. In this workshop, RFID card antennas are prepared and chip modules are mounted to connect with the antenna structure, supporting contactless card performance before lamination and final card finishing.
RFID Card Lamination Workshop
This video shows the RFID card lamination workshop. Lamination is a key process for card structure, flatness, durability, surface protection, and finished card quality, especially for RFID cards that include printed layers, chip modules, antennas, and overlay materials.
RFID Inlay Chip Bonding Process
This video shows the RFID inlay chip bonding process. Chip bonding is an important step for RFID inlay production, helping connect the chip to the antenna and support stable reading performance for RFID labels, inlays, cards, and other smart identification products.
RFID Label Converting and Laminating
This video shows RFID label converting and laminating. These processes support roll-format RFID label production, including inlay handling, material lamination, label structure formation, die-cutting preparation, and converting steps for logistics, warehouse, retail, library, and asset tracking labels.
RFID Silicone Wristband Molding Workshop
This video shows the RFID silicone wristband molding workshop. Silicone molding supports durable, waterproof, and comfortable RFID wristbands for hotels, resorts, water parks, events, gyms, healthcare, and access control projects.
Spray Coating for RFID Silicone Wristbands
This video shows spray coating for RFID silicone wristbands. Spray coating can improve the surface appearance, touch feel, color effect, and visual finish of customized silicone wristbands according to project requirements.
Wristband Screen Printing Workshop
This video shows the wristband screen printing workshop. Screen printing supports logo printing, event branding, color marking, numbering, and customized visual identification for RFID silicone wristbands, event wristbands, hotel wristbands, and other wearable RFID products.
Factory Environment & Production Workshops
SCIVAS factory areas are organized for repeatable RFID manufacturing, efficient material handling, production coordination, and export order fulfillment. From the factory exterior and company signage to the production workshops, each area reflects our role as a direct manufacturer with visible production space and structured daily operations.
Dedicated RFID Production Lines
Inside SCIVAS, different RFID product categories are supported by dedicated production lines and trained operators. Our capabilities cover RFID cards, RFID wristbands, RFID labels, RFID tags, and project-specific OEM/ODM customization, including printing, lamination, chip bonding, encoding, converting, die-cutting, assembly, testing, and packaging.
Cleanroom, Quality Control & Testing
Quality control is built into SCIVAS manufacturing operations. Our cleanroom and anti-static production areas support RFID chip packaging and component handling, while our QC process includes incoming material checks, production process control, chip reading tests, durability inspection, visual inspection, and final sampling before shipment.
