SCIVAS is an international RFID and smart identification brand supported by a coordinated commercial and manufacturing network in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Dongguan.
SCIVAS operates through four separately registered companies: SCIVAS Limited, Shenzhen SCIVAS Mingjia Smart Technology Co., Ltd., Dongguan Muxin Mingjia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Juncheng Smart Card Technology Co., Ltd., each with defined responsibilities across business operations, manufacturing and export activities.
The four companies are separately registered legal entities under common beneficial ownership and common ultimate control, with coordinated management across the group. Each company remains responsible for the commercial, manufacturing, certification or export activities assigned to it in the applicable contracts and supporting documents.

Commercial invoicing and payment collection

For most international orders, SCIVAS Limited is the seller identified in the quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract and commercial invoice. Customers should make payment only to the beneficiary stated in the corresponding contract and invoice.
SHENZHEN SCIVAS MINGJIA SMART TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
RFID Tag and Label Manufacturing & Product Compliance — Shenzhen, ChinaShenzhen SCIVAS Mingjia Smart Technology Co., Ltd. is our specialized manufacturing company for RFID tags, RFID self-adhesive labels and related smart identification products. It also normally serves as the principal China export entity for applicable SCIVAS orders.
Its responsibilities include:
RFID tag and label production
Material converting and die cutting
RFID inlay and label processing
Printing and product customization
Data encoding and functional testing
Product inspection and packaging
Production support for applicable customized orders
China export fulfillment for applicable orders
This company is also identified as the applicant or certificate holder on certain CE and RoHS conformity documents published on the SCIVAS website.

The applicable product type, model, standard and testing scope are determined by the corresponding certificate or conformity document. The appearance of the SCIVAS brand on a product or webpage does not extend the scope of a certificate beyond the products and models stated in that document.

Additional Manufacturing Facility — Dongguan, ChinaDongguan Muxin Mingjia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. operates our additional manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China.
Depending on the product, production process, capacity requirement and order specification, Muxin Mingjia may undertake:

How the Four Companies Work Together
A typical international order follows a coordinated commercial, manufacturing, quality-control and export process.
Commercial Communication
SCIVAS Limited communicates with the customer, prepares the quotation and concludes the international sales contract.
Production Assignment
The order is assigned to SCIVAS Mingjia, Juncheng or Muxin Mingjia according to the product category, manufacturing process and approved order specification.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
The responsible manufacturing company completes production, testing and quality inspection according to the approved requirements.
China Export Fulfillment
SCIVAS Mingjia and Juncheng handle China export fulfillment for applicable orders. SCIVAS Mingjia normally serves as the principal China export entity, while Juncheng may act as the exporter depending on the product, manufacturing arrangement and transaction structure. The exact exporter is identified in the corresponding shipping and export documents.
Customer Support
SCIVAS Limited remains the customer's principal international commercial contact and coordinates communication, documentation and after-sales service.
Document-specific responsibility: The specific seller, manufacturer, certificate holder and China export entity are identified in the applicable commercial, manufacturing, certification, shipping and export documents.
Why Company Names May Differ Across Documents
Customers may see different company names on quotations, contracts, invoices, certificates, factory audit reports, export declarations or shipping records. This reflects the separate legal responsibilities within our operating structure.

Certificates and audit documents are issued in the legal name of the company and facility covered by the corresponding assessment. Export and shipping documents are issued in the name of the legal entity responsible for the applicable export transaction. We do not rename these documents solely to match the SCIVAS commercial brand.

CE, RoHS, ISO and other conformity or management-system documents apply only to the legal entity, facility, products, models and standards identified in the corresponding document.
Customers should review the complete certificate or test document before relying on it for a specific project. Our team can help confirm whether a document is applicable to the product being quoted.

2. Which company normally signs international sales contracts?
For most international orders, the seller and contracting entity is SCIVAS Limited. If another company is the seller for a particular transaction, its full legal name will be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice and contract.
3. Which company should receive payment?
Payment must be made only to the bank beneficiary stated in the signed contract, proforma invoice or commercial invoice. For orders sold by SCIVAS Limited, the beneficiary should correspond to SCIVAS Limited.
4. Who manufactures SCIVAS products?
The manufacturer depends on the product category and production requirements. SCIVAS Mingjia specializes in RFID tags and labels, Juncheng is the primary smart card manufacturer, and Muxin Mingjia provides additional production capacity in Dongguan.
5. Why does a CE or RoHS document show SCIVAS Mingjia instead of SCIVAS Limited?
SCIVAS Limited is the international commercial entity. Product conformity documents are issued to the legal applicant or certificate holder responsible for the applicable product and documentation. SCIVAS Mingjia is identified as the applicant or certificate holder on certain applicable CE and RoHS documents. The exact product, model, standard and scope are stated in each corresponding document.
6. Which companies handle China export declarations?
SCIVAS Mingjia and Juncheng serve as China export entities for applicable orders. SCIVAS Mingjia normally handles the majority of our China export fulfillment and is therefore generally the principal China export entity. Juncheng may also act as the exporter depending on the product, manufacturing arrangement and transaction structure. The exact exporter for each shipment is identified in the relevant export declaration, certificate of origin and shipping documents.
