Founder Profile
Ms. Huang Heping, Founder of SCIVAS, was born in Yueyang, Hunan Province, China. In 1999, she moved to Shenzhen and began her career in the smart card industry, working in sales for a card manufacturing company. This was the starting point of her long-term involvement in smart cards, RFID products, and identification technologies.
During her early years in sales, Ms. Huang worked closely with customers, production teams, and project requirements. With strong customer awareness, continuous learning, and a responsible working attitude, she became the company’s top sales performer within three years. This experience helped her build a practical understanding of customer needs, product quality, delivery reliability, and long-term business trust.
In 2008, Ms. Huang left her previous position and founded her first smart card factory. In the same year, the factory produced approximately 3 million smart cards, gradually building a manufacturing system covering order communication, production management, quality control, and customer delivery.
In 2011, as RFID technology became increasingly used in logistics, retail, healthcare, access control, ticketing, asset management, and IoT applications, Ms. Huang entered the RFID industry and established a second factory specializing in RFID labels. The factory reached a monthly production capacity of approximately 5 million RFID tags, supporting a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.
Over the years, Ms. Huang has also helped train many professionals in RFID production, testing, process control, and project support. Through manufacturing practice and team development, she has made her own contribution to the growth of China’s RFID and IoT industry.
Today, SCIVAS continues to focus on RFID cards, RFID labels, RFID wristbands, RFID tags, and customized RFID products for global B2B customers. Under Ms. Huang’s leadership, the company remains committed to practical manufacturing capability, stable product quality, and long-term customer cooperation.
Manufacturing Philosophy
Ms. Huang believes that a reliable B2B supplier should not compete only on price. A strong manufacturing partner must also provide stable quality, clear communication, dependable delivery, and responsible service.
In her view, RFID products are functional products, not simple printed items or plastic components. Each product may involve chips, antennas, materials, bonding, lamination, encoding, RF performance, application environments, and batch consistency.
This is why SCIVAS pays close attention to material selection, process control, RF performance testing, encoding accuracy, and final inspection before shipment.
